ausEE Inc. is Australia’s national support and patient advocacy organisation representing Australians living with an eosinophilic disease including eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases (EGIDs) and eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE).
We are a registered Australia wide charity whose mission is to improve the lives of those affected by eosinophilic diseases through providing support, evidence-based information, resources, advocacy and by campaigning to raise awareness and funds for research in Australia.

Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell that play a role in certain medical conditions and immune responses. If a person has too many eosinophils without another known cause, it may be because of an eosinophil-associated disease (EAD). The eosinophils build up and can cause inflammation and tissue damage. The diagnosis depends on where in the body the eosinophils are found. Eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases (EGIDs) occur when eosinophils are in increased numbers in the gastrointestinal tract. Exploring new treatment options for your EoE? 
Consider joining the ALAMERE study, a clinical trial for adults with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) investigating a new potential treatment for EoE symptoms and difficulty swallowing (dysphagia).
Study participants may be able to join the study if they meet the following requirements:o	18 to 75 years oldo	Confirmed diagnosis of EoEo	Must not have history or presence of other GI tract diseases (i.e. Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease)
